Otho Restaurant and Street Lounge is a family owned independent restaurant.

Otho Phanthavong, 28, is the Executive Chef.  Mr. Phanthavong holds an Associates of Applied Sciences in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu at Brown College.  He trained at Zander Café as an intern and continued employment afterwards.  Mr. Phanthavong became Executive Chef at Zander Café from 2005 to 2006.  He left Zander Café in 2006 to work at Duplex.  Mr. Phanthavong has 6 years experience in the industry.

Chanhmaly Phanthavong, formerly of Pad Thai Restaurant in St. Paul, MN, has extensive experience in the industry.

Kap Phanthavong, 32, is a partner.
